DoNFT comprises a collection of innovative NFT protocols, including Decentralized Dynamic NFTs, Biometric-based AI-generated NFTs, an NFT character generator for GameFi, and a bundling protocol that enables the creation of NFTs with a list of NFTs inside.
As a member of this team, I played a vital role in its success by spearheading several critical functions. Specifically, my responsibilities included creating the BRD, managing the team, and raising funds to support our vision.

I worked for a service that provides scoring for small and medium-sized businesses based on accounting system data.
In this role, I played a key part in the success of the team. My responsibilities included creating the BRD (Business Requirements Document), managing the team, and creating the MVP (Minimum Viable Product) as well as the technical parts of proposals for sale managers. I was able to leverage my skills in project management and technical expertise to make a significant contribution to the development and launch of the service.

I worked on the white label implementation of a crypto payment gateway and CEX, where I played a critical role in ensuring the project's success. My responsibilities included stabilizing the project, implementing CI/CD practices, migrating the project to k8s on Hezner, planning and executing a roadmap of features, and closing technical debt.
In addition, I was responsible for interviewing and recruiting new employees, participating in development for both the backend and frontend, and training team members in DevOps, QA automation, and .Net development. I also organized and conducted internal meetups to ensure everyone was up-to-date on the project's progress.
